Privacy Policy

satnum.com only collects data that is reasonably necessary to answer requests, provide services, operate private workspaces and document field execution.

Data we may collect

Contact details, professional email addresses, names, country, language, address information, campaign or support requests, recruitment information, resident service requests, account data, and field proof such as photos, GPS coordinates, timestamps and mission notes when a mission requires them.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, prepare quotes, organise campaigns, manage recruitment and access requests, execute or verify field missions, provide client results, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

No sale of personal data

satnum.com does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers that are needed to host, secure, send email, authenticate users, display maps, geocode addresses or operate the requested service.

Location and maps

Precise location is requested only when you use a location feature and your browser grants permission. Address search and reverse geocoding may use OpenStreetMap services; map display may use third-party map and tile services.

Legal bases

Depending on the situation, processing may rely on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or legal obligations.

Retention

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the request, mission, account, contractual relationship, security or legal obligation, then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
